How to modify a singing greeting card?
Hi, all.
Today I went out and bought some singing greeting cards in hopes of being able to put them in my school locker so my locker "sings" whenever I open it.
I was curious as to whether to keep the electrics in the card or remove them and how. I would also like to know whether or not I will be able to extend the battery life or be able to change the battery when needed.
Thanks in advance!
There's a forum thread about modifying the mechanism of a singing greeting card here:

I think it is possible to rig it up to play the way you want.
I was thinking also you may be able to work out a way to use magnets to open and close the card as you open and close the door, then you won't have to take the mechanism out necessarily and can change the card to another card very easily...
