Have early Japanese Tsushin Quilting Magazines with no date--issues10 11 14 When was the 1st issue?!?

Have tried for hours to try and find an archive list for these Japanese Patchwork Quilting Magazines and the best I can find is on eBay--issue #31 was from 1990....Any ideas?! From a few of the pictures, I would say the 1980's. Don't speak or read Japanese so it's hard to tell. In advance, domo arigato gozaimasu.
