Put a DVD on your computer?

Hello, I have a DVD of a dance workshop I went and I would love to be able to save and use Windows Movie Maker (which is I have) to edit my friends to show the items that I am How can I keep the DVD in Windows Media Player (or just save it on a form in Windows Movie )????? Maker Thank you! PS How to capture a DVD? Because I have tried everything on Google (tips on adjusting things in Windows Media Player) and still not done screenshots. A screenshot! I would like to know if the two! Never heard of the video capture screen (or something)

this software: http://www.imtoo.com/ you can use to extract the DVD, and save it as a video file (. avi, mpg, etc) for the screenshot: When get to the part you want, press the Print Screen / SysRq "button on your keyboard: right next to F12. After that, open paint, go to Edit and click Paste. Then save the image!
